Edward B. Ginn:
Mr. Ginn is the Founder and Senior Partner of The Law Office of Edward B. Ginn. He was admitted to the Bar of The Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 1962. He is a 1962 graduate of Boston College Law School; and a 1972 graduate of Boston University School of Law where he obtained a Master's degree in Taxation. Mr. Ginn served in the US Army Judge Advocate General Corps prior to practicing in Boston. Mr. Ginn had a firm in Boston for 15 years with two other partners before re-locating his practice to Needham. Over the last forty-one years, Mr. Ginn has been active in most areas of the law, including residential and commercial real estate conveyancing, civil litigation, small business consulting and estate planning. He has tried numerous cases in both the District and the Superior courts of the Commonwealth. He has extensive experience with cases involving complex business matters and personal injury, and he has handled numerous jury trials.

Additionally, Mr. Ginn oversees all real estate matters for the firm, including real estate title matters for commercial and residential real estate closings; representing Buyers, Sellers and Lenders. He has represented both Buyers and Sellers in the purchase and sale of businesses and residences. Mr. Ginn is corporate counsel for small businesses in several commercial markets.
